Josh DeSmits art is something out a dream. One minute you are sure that this is real and that monster bull trout you just hooked is making your dreams come true, but then you notice that the world is kind of spinning and out of control and there are large fuzzy dots hanging over your head and the river has sprouted long gangly arms to cradle you and the fish as you are swept away in to the cosmos to chill with all of the other Lebowskis. Okay, maybe that is a bit far fetched but it is the perfect combination of imaginary and realistic. Impressionism at its finest.
