Serving His Church - Building The Kingdom. Team!
A
vital part of KT fellowship are the teams
of people who volunteer to serve Sunday
by Sunday. In total, at least 12 teams are on
duty for every service.
We understand that the key to effective volunteer
teams is maintaining high standards of professionalism
while demonstrating appreciation and respect for
people’s time, talents and commitment.
It is truly wonderful to see people give their time so
freely to serve the Lord so cheerfully. Most of the Sunday
volunteers are also serving God throughout the week in
their place of work or education, building cells in the market
place. This is where the real work of the church goes on.
In our cell ministry, we encourage people to build
contacts and connections outside the church as well
as linking and serving together inside the church. At KT
we believe in both “doing work in the Church” and
“putting the Church to work in the world”.
Volunteers are on team duty for two services either
morning or afternoon once every 6 weeks. Many teams
urgently need volunteers in order to fill vacancies and
to help share the load being carried by existing
team members.

We offer training, support and on-going encouragement
for all our teams. The team members experience a deep
sense of belonging as they serve God Sunday by Sunday.
They know they are doing something vitally important and
practically useful as their gifts and abilities are engaged
in service of others.

• Welcome
• Stewarding
• Music and Worship
• Hospitality
• Children
• Consolidation
• Technical
• Intercession
• Evangelism
• Talking Hands
