hen Saul the persecutor met the
risen Christ on the road to Damascus
few people would have guessed at
how much his life would change. Saul went on
to become the apostle Paul: missionary, church
planter, teacher and writer of many of the letters
that form the New Testament. He described to the
believers in Corinth the great truth that lies behind
this change, “Anyone who belongs to Christ has
become a new person. The old life is gone; a new
life has begun!” (2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT)

as you establish yourself in Christian truths,
strengthening you in your new found faith in Christ.
