have to take action, obeying the Holy Spirit. It is
not easy. There are times when you have questions,
when you can easily back away, but you have to
step out in faith.
Abraham was a prophet. We don’t hear Abraham’s
spoken prophecies, because his whole life was a
prophecy. And he carried a prophetic revelation,
and he is the one that sowed the seeds of future
prophetic revelation.
Also, notice that Abraham was not perfect – he was
a flawed human being, and so are we! The gifts of the
Holy Spirit are not to do with our ability or a sign of
how spiritual we are. Spiritual gifts are a sign of
how good God is!
