ABSTRACT
The problem of information in the country is that the news is set by private and political interests.
Peru, like many Latin American countries, suffers from an authentic free press, because for
political-economic aspects, the news is manipulated, reaching the population with facts biased and
manipulated by pseudo-journalists, protected under Law No. 26937. This can be overcome through
professional training in universities with ethical and moral values.
