Long - lean - fit Fairly new to Atlanta, Pink Barre has made a presence with its welcoming studios and community of women. Presented clearly by their “pink” title, the classes are designed specifically for women and their goals as classes are a barre-based, total body workout. The exercises incorporate various styles such as ballet, yoga, and Pilates as well as the use of a ballet barre. Much like the body of a long and lean ballerina, the exercises are designed to tone your body including your arms, thighs, seat and core. The low-impact movements are gentle on your body and joints, and are a great option for pregnant women, women who are recovering from an injury, or anyone looking to get started with a new workout. The instructors work with clients on a more personal level, and often know their clients by name as they walk in the door. What makes Pink Barre stand out is its environment of sincerity and support, and it serves as a place for women of all fitness levels to feel comfortable as they work out. Clients are also recognized for their achievements and goals, and are given a pink tutu to wear when they reach the 100-sclass goal!
