Food security exists when all people have access to the foods they need at all times.
Our team works on ways for the community to overcome barriers to food access
through programs, policies and community events. Watch our facebook page for up-

Homeless Outreach Program
This program provides services for families who are homeless or at risk of
becoming homeless. The Housing Outreach Worker can help you overcome
barriers to suitable, affordable housing in a variety of ways including:
assistance applying for rental subsidy programs
referrals to other community resources
connecting to on-going supports
The Housing Outreach Worker has drop-in hours Monday through Thursday from 1-
4pm at Community Connections located at 314 - 2nd Street E.
