HR Manager to join its head office team in Borehamwood.

Working as part of a wider HR team, they are looking for

predominantly looking at the analytical side of the business,

You will have experience with the integration of HRIS with
ATS and LMS. You’ll also be responsible for the functional

HR Business Partner
Day to day responsibilities will include developing and
maintaining relationships within the business and supporting
the delivery of the business agenda and HR plans. You’ll also
be using your existing knowledge and skills to make an
impact on all areas, including recruitment, learning and
development, and employee relations, whilst providing
support to line managers and members of the HR team
across the company.
This is a field-based role, so you’ll need to be self-sufficient.
There will be support from the wider HR team, but
candidates will be working from home and/or within a store
environment, and will need to be confident and comfortable
taking initiative. You’ll also need to have demonstrable
experience within a retail environment, possess exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of
coaching and leadership skills.
