In this role you will be supporting the store manager to lead , develop and manage your team . You ’ ll plan day to day duties , ensuring you and the team provide the best service to the customer . Your technical capabilities , product knowledge and outstanding service will ensure the delivery of your KPIs . This organisation is looking for managers to lead from the front , who will drive excellent sales through customer service and train and develop their teams — all the while delivering high standards .
