This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior area manager or regional manager to join
this British premium ladieswear brand in a pivotal role.
Reporting to and occasionally deputising for the retail director, this is a high profile, demanding and
varied role. You will be responsible for an area of 28 stores in prominent locations throughout the
capital with a combined turnover in excess of £35 million. The area consists of several flagship
stores and is therefore an extremely visible area within the company.
Recruitment, training and performance management of a team of store managers will be key to
your success and will complement the skills you bring from your current role.
The ability to drive results through people is essential, as is a daily focus on exceeding
customer service expectations. Superb commercial skills, including a proven record
in driving sales through monitoring KPIs, are essential.
Previous field-based experience within a similar size region is essential, as is past
experience within both high street and mid-market or luxury womenswear.
