In the role, you will provide support with the launch of the new store as well as drive sales and meet KPI performance targets. In addition to this, you will also be tasked with monitoring stock levels and ensuring all VM guidelines and procedures are maintained and implemented for commercial advantage. The role also includes engaging, coaching and developing a team to ensure succession planning is in place. A strong retail background in the luxury tailored or branded markets, together with the ability to demonstrate consistency in achieving results, is essential. You will also be capable of understanding detailed store process and procedures. Experience of leading and directing team members, excellent communication skills and superb customer service skills are also preferred.
