This new store opening in Oxford has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, commercial and
energetic store manager. In the role, you will provide support with the launch of the new store as
well as drive sales and meet KPI performance targets.
In addition to this, you will also be tasked with monitoring stock levels and ensuring all VM
guidelines and procedures are maintained and implemented for commercial advantage.
The role also includes engaging, coaching and developing a team to ensure succession planning
is in place.
A strong retail background in the luxury tailored or branded markets, together with the ability to
demonstrate consistency in achieving results, is essential.
You will also be capable of understanding detailed store process and procedures. Experience of
leading and directing team members, excellent communication skills and superb customer
service skills are also preferred.

Boots your role will be to be to lead, manage and develop

As an experienced and commercially-driven Counter
Manager you will take ownership and accountability for
the counter. This will include management, development
and leadership of Customer Advisors, as well as
responsibility for driving financial performance along with
recruiting a customer base. To be successful in this role you
will be used to working in a highly-targeted environment,
analysing and reporting on performance data along with
driving traffic and sales to the counter.
Your communication skills will be superb and you will
have the natural ability to build relationships with various
stakeholders. A proven track record in driving commercial
success is pivotal along with a proactive and positive
approach. Your approach will be calm and friendly, even
when under pressure. As a manager your agenda will be
that of coaching, motivating and enabling staff to realise
their full potential.
