DOs and DON’Ts at Interview Psychometric Testing
13:00-14:00 11:00-12:00
In this popular seminar, we show you
how to really shine at interview, with
hints and tips from professional re-
cruiters on exactly what your prospec-
tive company will be looking for, advice
on how to conduct yourself and tips on
answering questions. We will also go
through examples of real-life faux pas
and how to avoid them! We take a look at how to approach psy-
chometric tests. From the basics (what
are they? Why are they important?) to
example papers and workshops on how
to answer them, we aim to give you a
full understanding about the inner work-
ings of these sometimes misunderstood
exercises.
Your Digital Footprint 13:00-14:00
15:00-16:00 The buzz word at the moment is most
definitely “social media”. In this seminar
we will go over useful hints and tips on
how to make the most of your social
media profiles and how to utilize them
when looking for your next role. RHR is looking for highly motivated in-
dividuals to come and join its team to be
trained as professional recruiters. No ex-
perience? No problem! Its industry-
leading training works with your current
experience in retail, fashion or hospitality,
meaning you’ll hit the ground running.
Surviving Assessment Centres Negotiating Your Pay
17:00-18:00 15:00-16:00
Assessment centres are a full-on day of
exercises, interviews and group tasks
that can be intimidating to deal with.
However, if you know what to expect,
how to prepare and how to stand out
from the crowd, they can be a great way
to showcase your skills and let em-
ployers see you at your best. Many of us find asking for and getting a
pay rise difficult, especially in these
tough times, but that doesn’t mean it’s
impossible. In this workshop, we give
you practical advice on how to approach
your boss, how to present a case that
will be listened to and how to deal with
negotiations and counter offers.
