our London airports.
As a retail manager, you will be passionate about
providing an exceptional level of customer service.
You will be a role model for your team, leading by
example, inspiring and deve loping them to
provide the very best service within your airport
store. You will also need to demonstrate a strong
commer cial awareness to drive sales.
You will be part of a large management team
working within one of our multi-million turnover
terminal stores, serving millions of customers
annually, offering high quality, premium brands
within beauty, liquor and luxury.
There is plenty of opportunity to progress to
the next manage ment level for someone who is
ambitious and self-motivated when it comes to
excellent customer service and leadership. World
