Andrea Albright - Hilton Head Specialist | REALTOR®, ABR, SFR, CIAS, RSP
A 39 year Island resident, and a third generation Realtor. Having always lived in a resort seaside
area, originally from eastern Long Island, she has a keen understanding of the various water and golf
communities on Hilton Head Island. With a background in retail management, as a buyer, Albright has
honed her negotiation skills. With her knowledge of inventory Andrea finds the best properties for her
buyer client’s lifestyle and investment needs, and has built her business through referrals. Married for 31
years, she currently lives on Hilton Head Island with her husband, Craig. Andrea is a Certified Investor
Agent Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Resort and Second Home Specialist, along with the Short
Sale and Foreclosures certification.

Howard and his family visited Hilton Head Island for ten years and decided to call it “home.” A licensed
real estate broker in Western New York for over 30 years, more than half of those years as the owner of his
own company, he earned numerous sales awards including Broker of the Year for eight consecutive years.

Ann Eden - Hilton Head Specialist | REALTOR®
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Ann lived in Bronxville, NY and New Canaan, CT prior to moving to Hilton Head
in 1988. Ann holds a B.A. degree from Lake Erie College in Painesville, OH and a M.A. degree in French
from Middlebury College in VT while studying at La Sorbonne in Paris for a year. Ann’s past work experience
includes working as a translator in Paris, France, and as a caseworker in the US House of Representatives
in Washington, DC. Ann has traveled extensively throughout the world including visiting six of the seven
continents. She earned her real estate license in 1988 and was recently sworn in as a Director on the Hilton
Head Board of Realtors on which she will serve for three years. Ann uses her extensive knowledge and
expertise to focus on providing the best customer service and to making clients for life.
Velinda Fisher - Hilton Head Specialist | REALTOR®
Velinda moved to Hilton Head Island 24 years ago from North Carolina. She obtained her B.S. degree
from Clemson University. Velinda has been selling real estate for the past 15 years receiving a Realtor
of the Year Award. She is very active with the HH Area Association of Realtors (HHAAOR) serving as
a Board Member. She also serves on multiple committees such as the Community Service Committee,
Grievance Committee and Realtor Service Award Committee. Velinda has been a South Carolina State
Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for the past four years. Velinda has her Short Sale
and Foreclosure designations. She lives with her husband, Bobby, and their “fur baby” Seamore. Velinda is
dedicated to her clients and listens closely to make sure they find the community that is right for them.
