affairs, this program trains and supervises volunteers
who help clients establish budgets, pay bills and ensure
their financial stability. Free of charge to low income
seniors in Fauquier, Culpeper, Rappahannock, Orange
and Madison counties.

Senior Nutrition Center

Monday – Thursday 10am-2pm Nutritious meals along
with educational and social activities are provided for
eligible seniors age 60 and over at five Senior Centers
(one in each of the counties we serve), helping
participants to remain in their homes and preventing or
postponing nursing home placements. Door-to-door
transportation service is available on a limited basis.

Aging Case Management
Support Coordinators provide information, assistance
and care coordination services (Aging Case
Management) to persons age 60 and over, targeting
especially those who are frail or have disabilities or are
at risk of institutional placement.
Adult Day Care
The Adult Day Care program in Warrenton provides
daytime services for frail adults. Participants must be
frail, have disabilities, or be at risk for institutional
placement (e.g., nursing home), as defined by the
Virginia Department for the Aging (VDA) and/or Medicaid
(DMAS) standards.

The Adult Services Program assists elderly individuals
(60 and above) or other adults who have an
impairment (18 to 59) and needs services or support
to enhance self-sufficiency and improve their quality of
