Piedmont Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA),
Inc. provides trained volunteers to advocate for the
best interests of abused and neglected children,
promoting and supporting safe, permanent and
nurturing homes for child victims before the courts of
the 16th Judicial District of Virginia. Piedmont CASA
promotes awareness about child abuse and neglect
through community education and outreach.
