This department of the state government assists people with disabilities in many ways . The Division of Rehabilitative Services offers vocational rehabilitation to assist people with disabilities to prepare for , secure , retain or regain employment . The Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive , integrated medical and vocational rehabilitation services to enhance an individual ’ s independence and employability .
