Noodle
Stir-Fry Buy or Grow it Make it
500 grams fresh Hokkien Noodles › › place noodles in a bowl and cover
with boiling water, stir to separate
then drain
south east asia 1 small zucchini, sliced thinly 1 cup cabbage, shredded › › add vegetables and fry until just
cooked
Serves 4 ½ small capsicum, sliced thinly
(and other vegetables if desired) › › add spices and sauces, stir
through well
½ teaspoon sambal oelek › › add noodles and stir-fry until
heated through
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 carrot, sliced thinly
½ -1 teaspoon ginger, grated
› › heat oil in wok or fry pan, add
onion and cook until soft
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
¼ - ½ cup kecap manis
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
