THE INDUSTRY Location Crossways Farm Village is South Africa’s first agri-village – a rural new town outside the normal city/town limits that offers a lovely mix of commercial space, a light industrial sector and a wide range of residential opportunities. Situated in the Eastern Cape along the N2, approximately 40km from Port Elizabeth and about 37km from Jeffrey’s Bay, the estate is nestled in the foothills of the Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve, which is a world heritage site and is in close proximity to the prestigious Van Stadens Wildflower Reserve as well as the Garden Route.
