Gender
Over two thirds of survey respondents were female. Between 2010 and 2014 there has been a slight increase in the number of
women represented in the ER survey sample.

Age
The 2014 respondent age profile indicates there are significantly more clients in the middle age groups (i.e. those aged 26 to 45
years). However, between 2010 and 2014 there was an 11% increase in respondents aged 26 to 35 years and a 4% increase in
respondents aged 25 years and under.
