AGING Ain’t nothing but a number! Julie Robinson, founder of Move it or Lose it! is on a mission to change the way we age that really work and appeal to the over 60’s. Having taught thousands of older people, she is now part of a BBC science documentary on ageing well. I t’s astonishing to think that a child born today will live five hours longer than a child born yesterday. With 11.4 million people over the age of 65 in the UK, it’s vital that fitness professionals adapt their skills to address the needs and opportunities that come with this growing demographic.
