Almond
protein
bars
A sweet and simple way top to up your protein levels
Makes 6 bars

g vanilla whey powder
tbsp
g a ed almonds
cup
g ground almonds
tbsp
g coconut our
cup
ml coconut mil
2oz (60 g) white chocolate, melted

g dar chocolate, melted

Combine all ingredients (except the chocolate),
and add coconut milk until the desired dough
texture is achieved.

Shape into six bars.
Melt the white chocolate (in a bain-marie or
microwave) and coat each bar in a thin layer
and allow to set.

Melt the dark chocolate in the same way, and
drizzle it over the top of the bars, then sprinkle
with almond flakes optional .

Chill the bars in the refrigerator before serving.
