It’s easy to make your own sausages with this super simple recipe. These are lean and tasty too
Makes 6 sausages
PREP: 5 mins
COOKING: 15 mins
Nutrition per sausage: 59 kcals,
9g protein, 0g carbs, 3g fat
9oz (250 g) minced lean pork
tsp salt
tsp blac pepper
2tsp fresh sage, chopped
2tsp fresh basil, chopped
tsp coconut oil

In a large bowl, mix together the
pork with the salt, pepper, sage,
and basil.

Combine well and shape into
six sausages.

Melt the coconut oil in large
non stick frying pan and cook
the sausages on a medium
heat until well browned and
thoroughly cooked.
Serve hot or store in the
refrigerator for later.
