Single leg step ups
A great exercise to target the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps in one movement. Place one foot onto
a par bench and the other still on the oor tand so both feet are now on to the bench then step down
leaving one foot on the bench Aim for between
reps before alternating to the other leg

Press Up
The good old fashioned press
does wonders for wor ing your
pecs, delts, triceps and core. If
you cannot complete a full press
up, start by doing them on your
nees f you can do full press
ups, you can ma e them more
challenging by raising one foot off
of the oor as you lower yourself
downwards nce you are bac in
the starting position, put the lifted
foot bac on to the oor then ta e
the other foot off the oor and
repeat the movement again.
TOP TIP
If you can do full press ups,
you can make them more
challenging by raising one
foot off of the floor as you
lower yourself downwards.
