Our clients built their home in 1994 . Over the years , their needs changed and it was time to do some updating , so they called Wake Remodeling . We listened to the clients and developed a plan to transform their home , inside and out , to the space of their dreams . Our client is an exquisite cook , so we designed a kitchen to complement his skill . The kitchen features premium granite countertops and a gorgeous glass tile backsplash . It is simply stunning ! The cabinetry is by Norcraft in antique white with a chocolate glaze and Cordova pulls that pop against the countertops . We also added a wet bar and half bathroom to make guests feel more at home . We converted an underutilized deck off the master suite to a delightful sunroom featuring Forest Liana tile and slider windows to let in that fresh air and enjoy a relaxing afternoon .
