elson Construction and Renovations is a family business
founded in 2006. They are a design-build company
that specializes in high-end remodels, home additions,
and custom homes. With their headquarters in Clearwater,
Florida, they’re able to serve homeowners all over Pinellas and
Hillsborough Counties. Nelson is an award-winning member of
the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, an A+ rating
with the Better Business Bureau and a state licensed and insured
Building Contractor trusted by professionals and homeowners.
In addition to their general construction and renovations
projects in high-end homes, they provide light commercial
work including office, warehouse and other one to three-story
commercial structures.
This is one of their latest custom
home projects. The home sits on the
Intracoastal in Clearwater, and the
sunset views from the great room
are absolutely stunning. The house
features a traditional wood-burning
Rumford fireplace, mahogany wood
floors throughout, hand-made custom
cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms,
laundry room and bedrooms; and many
other lovely details. The kitchen boasts
leather-granite countertops; undercabinet and in-cabinet lighting; and a
farm sink.
