Future: The MAMAs Concert.

When it was announced that Future will be the international performer for the 2016 MAMAs, many women out there sort of pressured their men to them those MAMAs tickets, and ofcourse those who are independent dashed off to secure their tickets.

Everyone was eagerly waiting for Future to arrive in the country, and when the news broke that he had arrived, the excitement from the attendees of the MAMAs could be felt everywhere, and it seemed like an eternity for those who only went to the MAMAs to see Future as the show was going on and on, which for some of us seemed like it was going faster than we expected.

No doubt in saying that as much as many people wanted to see Future, but when he introduced Nasty C on to the stage, the Ticketpro Dome went crazy; and many people still say that was one of the highlights of the night.

My question going into this concert was “what is Future going to perform?”. I had this question in my head because going into the concert I was not a big fan of Future, and I had never tried to find any song where he performed alone, and I had my doubts about him, but he proved me wrong and put up a very good and convincing performance.

All in all he did his thing, apart from the fact that he didn’t realise that the South African Black Twitter was more savage than any other Black Twitter, as his torn T-Shirt trended and people said he doesn’t respect South Africans.
