Leadership Training for Managers in the Australian Capital Territory Developing inspiring leaders for a responsive human services workforce. The Australian Institute of Social Relations (AISR) began a new training partnership with Housing and Community Services, ACT Government (HACS) in February 2017. The HACS Leadership program is a specialised, tailored program designed to support managers to become inspiring leaders and ensure HACS continues to be a responsive human service organisation into the future. Through theoretical leadership frameworks, participants have been supported to explore their own leadership potential and develop specific skills through both formal learning and real-work practice. An outstanding feature of this training program has been the inclusion of experienced Relationships Australia SA executive as facilitators, including Judith Cross, former CEO; Dr Claire Ralfs, CEO and Jonathon Main, Executive General Manager, Policy and Programs.
