Together We Can Make a Positive Change - video SAACHAC: Be Part of the Solution - video The Community Ambassadors were also involved in the production of “Together We Can Make a Positive Change”, a video promoting the importance of HIV testing and knowing your status. This video was also produced in language. The South Australian African Communities Health Advisory Committee was involved in the production of “Be a Part of the Solution”, a video that challenges the taboo of HIV and encourages people to take a stand in fighting HIV stigma and discrimination in their communities. Indaba HIV - website www.indabahiv.com.au Indaba is a collaborative partnership that includes representatives from HIV services, government agencies, settlement services, and women in the community that are living with HIV. These partners helped to develop Indaba HIV, a website that provides practical information and resources for women in South Australia living with HIV, their families and service providers. Indaba is a Zulu word meaning gathering or meeting for the purpose of sorting out problems. Funding acknowledgements PEACE Multicultural HIV and Hepatitis C Services – SA Health has contributed funds towards this Program.
