Do you strictly invest in Florida or do you invest in other states ?

We invest in all 50 states via our Partnership Program with our students , which is primarily a system for wholesaling and flipping bank owned properties . We also fund all of our student ’ s deals when we partner with them . We currently have over 1,100 students from almost every state looking for deals and we even have students from many other countries all over the world that attend our boot camps to learn how to find , fix and flip properties .

What criteria do you use to find and purchase properties ?

The system that we use with our students is teaching them how to find properties that are available online even if they do not have a real estate license . We use sites like www . realtor . com , as well as www . trulia . com and auction sites like www . auction . com to show students how to find properties online . We also teach them how to talk to real estate agents and what to look for . We teach this at our boot camps . Having access to the MLS is definitely a plus and we recommend to anyone looking to invest in real estate that they consider getting their real estate license .

How has technology changed the way people invest and what types of programs , apps , websites , etc . do you use in your real estate business ?

Technology plays a huge role in our investing . Our typical student is between the ages of 35 to 65 . We have found that the biggest obstacle to their success is ironically not in learning real estate , but in understanding technology tools and how it can help them .
