8. Do you have anything you would like to add?
Its important to remind investors of our underlying philosophy with respect to investing capital. We believe
that real assets offer the greatest level of downside protection in todays environment. Our objective is to
preserve capital to the greatest extent possible, while still earning an attractive rate of return. Our view is that
loans on real assets, at a conservative loan to value ratio, present the greatest way to capitalize on this
objective. At the end of the day, we are conservative investors that take the idea of stewardship of capital
extremely seriously.

Stallion Funding – Vincent Balagia (Founder & Chief Investment Officer)
Mr. Balagia is the founder of Stallion Capital Management and its sister entity, Stallion
Funding. After graduating from the University of Texas, Austin in 2003 with a BA in Finance,
Vincent began his early career working for banks, brokerages, and asset management
companies. In 2005, he joined a private lender in Austin, TX and managed the origination
department until he founded Stallion Funding in May 2007. Starting with one investor and one
loan, he led the company’s successful ascent as one of the highest performing private money lenders in central Texas.
Stallion Funding is recognized as one of the most trusted and credible operators in the private money industry in Texas.
Since 2005, Vincent has originated over $50 million of private money loans for multiple property types including commercial
office, retail, multifamily, land development, and single-family construction and renovation.
Over the past ten years, Vincent has worked extensively with hundreds of bankers, brokers, borrowers, attorneys, real estate
investors, and capital investors. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and has been actively involved in the C12 Group, a
Christian business leadership development organization with charter groups in over 70 cities in the US. Vincent is also an
active member of the American Association of Private Lenders, an organization dedicated to excellence, ethics, and
education in the private lending industry. He has served on the board of trustees of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of
Austin since 2006 and currently serves as its chairman.
