1. Please tell us about Stallion Capital Management, when was it formed? Is there a specific real
estate niche you specialize in?
We launched Stallion Capital back in late 2007 in response to the growing need for private capital financing of
Texas real estate loans, specifically on commercial & residential investment properties. We are an assetbased lender and every loan we make is based on four main "pillars of loan selection". Those pillars are 1)
Property value: is it reasonable & justifiable? 2) Marketability: what can we sell the property for today? 3)
Ability to pay: can borrower service the debt? 4) Exit strategy: is it logical & what is execution probability?
