Find someone local that knows the area and has worked these type deals before. Having someone with the experience we have, gives you an advantage up front. What were the terms of the sale? We mainly purchase foreclosures and short sale/distressed properties. After that we hand them over to our remodel team to get that process started. How do these deals compare to others you've done? All of our deals differ in some way, whether style of house, amount of rehab needed, or area. But, the one thing that remains the same is our quality of remodel and the top notch product we provide to our clients. Are these properties rehabbed or are they light cosmetic fixers?
