n the previous issue of REI Wealth Monthly, we touched briefly upon one of the most volatile components
of an international property investor's portfolio - foreign exchange rates fluctuations. We tried to show how,
with a little bit of forethought and planning, we can utilize this volatility to our favor, rather than being a
