hile unfortunately we can never bring back the spirit or events of times past, we can still
stroll down our memory lane and walk by all the moments that made us who we are: our
first love, first fight, first kiss, your graduation, and so on and so forth. My brother went down
his memory lane not too long ago and needed to pick up some stuff that he left in storage in Phoenix.
Being the good brother that I am, I decided to accompany him on the trip, and it all turned out for the
best as I bumped into Dr. J, a dear old acquaintance of mine and what Dr. J taught me about real estate
was about to come full circle.
