Anaicon
has
performed live in
The
Hampton
Roads area of
Virginia and completed radio tours in Virginia and New York. He is preparing
for his first trip to Canada to perform and receive a Recognition Award at the
ReggaeXclusive 7th Annual Recognition Awards ceremony to be held at the
Toronto Plaza Hotel located at 1677 Wilson Avenue West @Jane and
Wilson, Toronto on Saturday July 7th. 2018.
He will resume promotions in the USA afterwards. The Rebel is looking
forward to his upcoming USA tour with Prophecy this summer. Stay tuned for

SMASHING NEW SINGLE
N
ew single from the Mighty Mystics “Don’t Play That Song” is
getting regular airplay and all the people are catching on to the
single. Produced by the Mighty Mystics, this single was given an A+ by
all reggae music connoisseurs that heard it.
The single is to be officially released on Saturday July 28th at a Red
Carpet Affair to be held at the Jamaican Canadian Center with live
performances by the Mighty Mystics along with Mr. Cooper, Jay
Douglas, Jimmy Reid and Devon Irie. This event will also feature the
release of Nana McLean’s new album entitled “Nana Now”, at which
this veteran icon will also be performing.

POSITIVE VIBES SHOW

he Positive Vibes Show has been the voice of Montreal’s Caribbean
Community since 1986 and was originated by Janice ‘JD’ Dayle. It has
arguably opened the door to many other ‘reggae’ radio programs across
Canada. Playing local and international Reggae, Dancehall and Soca music
as well as artiste interviews and community event updates. It is considered
the heartbeat of Montreal’s Caribbean community. It airs on CKUT 90.3 fm
(www.ckut.ca) every Thursday from 3pm to 5pm. The three current hosts are
Johnny Black (L), Roger Moore (R) and Nadine (C); also in photo is special
