DADDY RUSTY IS AT IT AGAIN Y es Dancehall Reggae fans, Daddy Rusty will be releasing a new reggae dancehall album and a new single for December 2017 during the Christmas week. The album is called “Bless Me” and the new single is “Girls Dem Whining”. Daddy Rusty will be promoting the “Bless Me” album with an upcoming tour for Guyana during the Easter of 2018 and North America for Summer of 2018. In July 2017, Rusty received a Top Deejay Award Daddy Rusty was born in New Amsterdam, Berbice, Guyana. He is a versatile singjay, deejay and songwriter. As a teenager he won a few music competitions and the exposure brought international popularity to his music. He has shared the stage with internationally known artistes like Beenie Man, Half Pint, Morgan Heritage and Luciano to name a few. Following the success of those mega shows, Daddy Rusty won ‘Reggae Single of the Year’ and ‘Top Single’ at the Canadian Reggae Music Awards. While in Canada during their 150th anniversary celebrations, the ability to visit some of the sights and special presentations was amazing. The Montreal International Reggae Festival and ReggaeXclusive Recognition Awards was a highlight of Mystery’s visit to the country and the ability to be in the company of some world-renowned artists was inspiring and satisfying. For bookings: [email protected] is not judged by her appearance or attitude but for her music. RUFFI-ANN S haron Peterkin aka Ruffi-Ann was born in Kingston and raised in Portmore, St. Catherine. From the tender age of 15, she started as a dancehall artist and was called Lady Shabba. In 1999 Lady Shabba became Ruffi-Ann and the path was set. Her first single was a true representation of who she is and the direction in which she was steering her career. After the release of “Save the Juvenile”, it became a hit on mainstream radio and subsequently became an all time hit single. Ruffi-Ann felt accomplished, finally, she had gotten in that space both physically and mentally where she Ruffi-Ann’s debut 16-track album “Save the Juvenile” produced by the legendary Dean Fraser marked another milestone for the hard working mother and woman who is passionate about children’s welfare and well-being, as well as social issues and challenges women in general would or should pay attention to. “Save the Juvenile” was released January 2014 on the Canon Production label and distributed by VP Records. As for Ruffi-Ann, “This is where I am, but not where I intend to settle. I’m on a mission and with hard work I hope to have so many more women, people and fans walking with me. Ruffi-Ann recently did a collaboration with Legendary artist Bunny Wailer called “Baddest” produced by Solomonic Productions which also has a music video that`s getting a lot of love and views, her new project “Jah Never Fail Me Yet” is an inspirational song that everyone can relate to.
