The client came to us with an
almost definite idea of what he had
in mind for his new multi-purpose
garden office. After one of our
experienced sales advisors had
discussed their requirements we
were sure we could be of help. able to draw up a full quotation
and a mock elevation plan of the
proposed build.
We emailed our site information
questionnaire to the customer; this
includes a few select questions
to ensure there will be no major
issues with onsite installation.
Once we had confirmed the site
was good to go, all the information
was passed onto our nationwide
surveyor who organised a time and
date to carry out the survey. Due to the floor area being over
30m2 the customer had to contact
his local building control office
to confirm our specifications
were suitable. Once our build
specifications and foundation
specification had been approved
we were ready to set the
installation start date and process
the clients order.
