husband, Paul, spent a month in spring 2006
aboard the expedition vessel, National Geographic
Endeavor, exploring islands and civilizations of the
South Pacific including: “Isolated Polynesians on
Easter Island who constructed huge statues (called
Moai) and Bounty mutineers on remote Pitcairn
Island who, against all odds, have a modern society
with internet acces
