Matthew is general manager for Yondotega Club in Detroit. Matt writes: “Our time is spent outdoors landscaping, playing sports, and preparing the house for a baby. We both are keeping up with old friends through great rib cookouts at the house.” Cliff Murray ‘95 recently took a new position as a manager with Credit Management Services, the company he’s worked with since graduation. He and his wife, Jennifer, now live in Rohnert Park, CA. He writes: “I have been in the Bay Area for five months now and it sure beats the cold and snow in Michigan, but nothing can beat the long lasting friendships that you make in the Midwest.” Carl Brown ‘95 of Albion was busy training last spring, hoping to throw the discus at the Sydney Olympics as a member of the US Olympic Track and Field Team. Carl, a USA Elite Discus Thrower, holds America’s fifth-best discus throw: 208-feet, nine-inches in 1999. Jessica Duminie ‘96 married Stephan Johnson ‘99 on May 27. The Johnsons live in Niles, and both work across the state line in Indiana. Jessica, who received her MSW in 1999, is a therapist at the Family & Children Center in Mishawaka; Stephan works in South Bend at Press & Ganey Associates as an electronic data administrator. Kelly Hess Zwierwchowski ‘96 and her husband, Phil, live in Warren with their sons, Evan (5) and Shane (3). Kelly is a preschool teacher for Head Start. Angela (“Gabby”) Sheely Moore ‘96 and her husband, Tom, a lieutenant with the U.S. Army, are happy to announce the birth of their second child, son Aidan Tomas, born July 22. Gabby writes from Fort Bliss, TX: “Currently I am playing mom to 18-month-old Emma and newborn Aidan. I have also returned to school for nursing and am getting ready to move to Germany, where my husband will serve for 3 years.” Joe DiMarco ‘96 of Blissfield is a salesman for Mama Mia’s. He writes: “I recently won $10,000 on and took the money to visit my ancestry in Sicily. I was there for two weeks and had the time of my life with my beautiful wife,” Jody Gertz DiMarco ‘97. Billy Houghteling ‘96 is now living in Chapel Hill, NC. After graduating from Siena, he earned his master’s degree in plant molecular biology at Ball State University, then moved to St. Louis to join a research group at Washington University School of Medicine. He is currently a molecular biologist at Biolex, Inc., working on developing therapeutics for the treatment of viral and bacterial infections. He recently competed in two triathlons and loves traveling to the beach for sea kayaking and to the mountains for hiking and white water rafting. Charles Jergler ‘97 of Oxford is a teacher in the Waterford School District. Michael Ouellette ‘97 is living in Ann Arbor and working as webmaster for Arbortext, a software development firm specializing in e-business solutions (www.arbortext. com).
