need to do to get done what needs to be
done,” he said.
“The students really enjoy learning
about your life experiences,” said
Sagert. “It helps them to share their
own life experiences and to think about
where they want to go in life and what
they want to do.”
An Environment of Support
Brady said his job as an instructor is
made much easier because of the support he receives. “Siena Heights has a
good understanding of what adjuncts
can bring to the academic community.”
