John ‘75 and Penny Clark Eshleman ‘75 moved recently and are living in Novi: “We remember ‘Sierra Who?’ very fondly and still recruit a few students for the College.” David Herzig ‘81 and wife Patricia are living in Toledo, Oh., with their three sons. David works full-time as a painter and printmaker; his work can be seen at the American Gallery in Sylvania. Frank Pesta ‘75 and a partner have started the Michigan Casino Training Center, Inc. in Warren to train people as professional dealers and floor personnel for big-time casinos. A police officer on the Macomb Community College campus, he also teaches part-time in Macomb’s police continuing education program and has been a private detective commuting between Southfield and Las Vegas. James Splitt ’81/MA is pastor at Christ Presbyterian Church in Milford, Ohio, and associate pastor for pastoral care and visitation at The Presbyterian Church in Hamilton, Ohio. Previously, he taught third, fifth and sixth grades in Hudson. Kathy Felan Jay ‘82 was the sole representative of the 15th reunion class at this year’s Alumni Luncheon and the Elizabeth Cutts ‘77 writes from Lansing: “I went through a year of intensive training at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy and am now embarked on a new career as a nationally certified massage therapist.” She’d like to hear from old friends. Charles Fort ‘77 has been named to an endowed position on the faculty of the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he is now the Paul W. Reynolds and Clarice Kingston Reynolds Chair in English. Lori Skocelas Wagoner ‘83 writes from Orchard Park, NY: “We were transferred to the Buffalo area in August. Jeff is the plant controller for the Ford Buffalo Stamping Plant. Amanda is in third grade and Justin is in kindergarten at Nativity of Our Lord. We are all enjoying our new home and making many new friends.” Michael Morgan ‘83 is “alive and kicking in Hartford, Conn. Been coaching cheerleading at Hall High School for seven years and choreographing local theatre productions.
