Mary Boneville ‘95 of Spring Lake “was filmed to appear in a documentary video about the Eastland disaster of 1915 which I have been researching for 10 years. Also, I co-wrote a chapter of a book on technology in writing centers. Both the video and book will be released in spring 1999.” Mary teaches English at Baker College in Muskegon. Carl Brown ‘95 of West Covina, CA, was among the 1500 athletes from 60 nations who competed in this summer’s Goodwill Games in New York. Carl competed in the discus, qualifying for the Goodwill Games by placing fourth at the U.S. Track Championships in New Orleans in June. Erica Derby ‘95 is business manager/ bookkeeper for the Morenci School District. Rick Pniewski ‘95 of Howell recently opened a CD Warehouse franchise in East Lansing. The store buys, sells and trades new and used CDs. Cynthia Wind Kring ‘96 is now a resident of Maine where she works as a community support counselor for Aroostook Mental Health and lives in Presque Isle. Christi Ferguson ‘96 of Melvin is teaching junior and senior high school English in Deckerville. Karen Doud Fox ‘96 enjoys teaching and married life as an Adrian Dominican Associate.
