AUTHOR INTERVIEW What book can you read over and over? Interview with the Vampire  What is your writing Kryptonite? Motivation. The marathon we all face can demotivate, but the important thing is to not let that keep you down forever. Taking a break helps me get that want get back to it.  What was the hardest book or scene you had to write? The end of Maxwell Demon was very emotional for me, had to write it through tears. Other than that battle scenes are hard for me to do because I want them to feel as if the reader is in that fast-past heart racing moment like the character is.  How many hours a day do you spend writing? Sometimes several hours, if I get in a flow, but other times I just peck a few lines out. I try to write everyday if I can.  Do you read all your reviews? If they're brought to my attention, yes, but most times I don't.  Do you google yourself? I have, just to check things business-wise.  What is the first job you ever remember wanting to have as a child? I was going to be an archaeologist mermaid that ruled the world. 
