With that known , still MOM ’ s cope with the stresses of everyday life and at the end of every day the statistics still show that every 80 seconds a woman dies from heart disease due to stress , which could
lead high blood pressure in which could lead to a stroke .
How are you going to celebrate YOU and take charge of your health ? Your Health is Your Wealth and without it you cannot live to your optimal potential
and enjoy the gift ( s ) God has blessed you with your family .

Self compassion , loving YOU , and taking time to honor your body is vital to living to your optimal potential not only as a MOM but as a human being . With the rising of healthcare costs , and mortality rates of women with heart disease , creating what I call a “ Serenity Sanctuary ” is a lifestyle all should implement into their daily method of living .
As stated , many MOMs wished they could just have that time to themselves to relax , have peace of mind , a massage or a day at the spa . Well let ’ s celebrate you and create a Serenity Sanctuary .

How to Create a Serenity Sanctuary in Your Home ! 1 . Disclose this desire to your family and children , Share that at a certain time during the day or week it is “ Mommy Time ”. Now , envision what does that look like ? If I were to ask you to take a picture of your Serenity Sanctuary and or your Mommy Time what is happening in that picture ? It ’ s a blessing God blessed us all with creativity and so there are many different visions of a Serenity Sanctuary . 2 . Chose a place in your home where you will have peace , tranquility , and opportunity for relaxation , i . e . master bedroom or bath , walk in closet , sun porch , sun room , and or church . 3 . Light a candle , preferably a non toxic soy candle with a cotton wick and lead free .
4 . Mediate , Pray , Be Still and listen to your breathing and heart beat .
5 . Journal your thoughts , quote your favorite scriptures ; create a self compassion list of goals you want to accomplish for you . 6 . Take a warm bath and or shower with organic nature based spa quality products . What you put on your skin in absorbed in your blood stream in 26 seconds , so be mindful of your skin care . 7 . Pay attention to your surroundings and give God the glory for your life , situation , and circumstances . These are just some ideas of how many MOMs have taken charge of their life and their health raising a family . Share your goals , dreams and desires with your kids and they will put forth the effort to be involved , edify you and who you are as well as honor you and understand the gift God has blessed them in their lives .
