My grandmother’s love was like ruby-red shoes with sprinkles of glitter attached to a 6 inch heel, complete with sweet melodies from morning birds singing atop broken tree twigs, jazz on the back porch, and fresh linen. These were some of the most amazing experiences a little girl would ever live to share with the world. You see, she introduced me to God at an early age and while my life had been fulfilled with a many of gifts and talents. I would not be who I am had she not known God for herself, guiding him in my direction. Today, we would have one the greatest relationships of my womanhood. While so many of us desire to be in love, we must realize that in order to find love we must be a reflection of the love we are seeking to find. We attract who we are. I’m convinced that the magic of being in a relationship is that both parties have to know God. If a man does not know God for himself he cannot handle you with a divine silver spoon. There is no way you can love anyone else if you haven’t been loved by God first. Having had many friends who have decided to go online to find love because being single and living alone is not an option; I on the other hand find life very awarding and pleasant while pursuing my purpose because I have always known exactly what I’ve wanted to do and be when I grew up. While many of my friends envy the freedom of my creative lifestyle, as I am conditioned to follow my ordered steps, they have become clueless to the fact that their dream of dreams has been drowned in
