This has been an amazing year for Real Life Real Men of Faith Magazine. We have made it through our inaugural year and thanks to you it has been a success! Politics…
It’s been an election season for the history books! I am sure by now everyone is tired of seeing the ads and the politicians going on and on about why they are better than their opponent or all the “bad” things their opponent has done. Well the race for the biggest position in the land is over and we have a new president of the U.S. of America….Mr. Donald Trump was voted in to be our next President
The message continues to be clear no matter what office is up for elections…continue to make your voice heard and be active in local, state, and federal elections.What everyone should understand is that voting for local, state, and federal government officials is just as critical as voting for a presidential candidate. Each one of you should become educated on the government (Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branches) and the roles of each. This will include being educated about what they can and cannot do.I have seen so often many people blaring out their opinion about what an elected official has or hasn’t done but don’t really understand what it is that elected official is able to do within the scopes of their job description. Become educated on the election process as well. What’s key in all of this? BEING EDUCATED!
