Keep taking small steps forward. Consistent and focused work WILL People look at my transformation and are impressed, but somehow many don’t believe that THEY can do it too. They seem to think I’m special or gifted or blessed or who knows what. Truth is that I was the bullied kid, the ridiculed adult and the guy As more weight was dence and endurance grow. When walking/ running became less strenuous, he started competing in running events. He also began incorporating strength routine. Eli had completely transformed his life both physically and mentally. Not only was he leaner, stronger and faster, but he no longer vere anxiety and panic disorder. No longer was depression plaguing him. Now over 100 lbs. lighter, he began to share his story with more and more people as they asked him how he did it. This is what led Eli to his life’s calling, his passion, to guide others through his now proven philosophy. Interest in how Eli lost all the weight began to grow rapidly. But more importantly, people wanted to know how he had been so successful in MAINTAINING the that just thought of himself as FAT forever. Until that one day in 2008 that I decided to STOP diets and impulsive exercises and simply chose to take “One Step at a Time”. All those little steps have led me here. Go ahead! Knowing he had social responsibility along with growing requests to teach his philosophy, Eli took to task the writing of his now published book “From Fat Boy to Fit Man-’A One Step at a Time’- Story of Success” . Eli knew that this would help others just like him succeed. What he has done is not rocket science, but he knew that it takes one person to ignite a movement. Today, Eli resides in Miami, Florida, where he splits his time between spreading his message through motivational public speaking at schools, corporate and public events, and as a co-host specializing in health and wellness for a Spanish language TV show.
