OTHER PARTNERSHIPS In addition to our main partnership supporting the Good Food Purchasing Program, Anna consulted on the following projects: FARMERS’ MARKET PROMOTION CAMPAIGN In partnership with the Berkeley-based Ecology Center, Anna has been supporting a statewide campaign to promote farmers’ markets via a grant from the USDA. Working with the team at the Ecology Center, Anna has: Advised on the development of messaging, content, and concepts for media assets for the farmers’ market promotion campaign Advised on videos to promote farmers’ markets throughout the state Provided feedback on messaging and helped spread the campaigns online ORGANIC FOR ALL In 2018, Anna continued her support for an exciting new research and communications project led by Friends of the Earth. Organic for All will raise awareness about the health benefits of an organic diet and galvanize demand for organic food as a human right. For this work, Anna has: Facilitated the conceptualization of communications narratives for the project Consulted on narrative development for short-form and long-form films based on the research Provided thought leadership and writing ideas on the main themes of the findings Helped develop content and framing ideas for the Organic for All website Offered suggestions on the outreach strategy regarding key partners and journalists to amplify the release Real Food Media is an invaluable partner, helping us create powerful messaging frameworks and savvy communications strategies. With their help, we have tools to push back against corporate spin and messaging materials to educate and inspire our base and beyond. We are so grateful for their leadership and support.
