It is my suggestion that all real estate investors put each of their properties into separate Land Trusts ( so each is insulated from the other ). This is easy to do once you have the knowledge and forms . It is also very cheap to do because forming a Land Trust costs NOTHING ! Zip , nada .
Why not get the “ best of both worlds ” and link the great privacy benefits of a Land Trust together with the asset protection benefits of an LLC for some dyno-mite asset protection ? This can easily be done by making the beneficiary of the Land Trust your LLC .
